Document Set Review
An audit asks whether a document says what the law requires. This asks whether your documents agree with each other. A regulator reads the folder, not the file, and the failures that matter are usually at the joins: the plan that promises a register you do not have, the procedure that names a different approver than the form, the duty every document leaves to another document.
Price
$180 for your first review, then $180 each. All prices include GST.
Additional reviews cost less because the groundwork - your site context, roles, systems and jurisdiction - is already done.
What you get
For each review you select.
- Every duty tested across the set, and which document carries it
- Duties no document in the set carries, which a single document audit cannot tell you
- Conflicts between documents, with both statements quoted side by side so you can check them
- References to documents, registers and forms the set does not contain
- Requirements written twice in different words, which will drift the first time one is revised
- An action tracker naming which document to change, rather than telling you to change them all
How it’s delivered
- You confirm scope and pay. Work begins straight away.
- You receive an email with a secure link to view and download every document.
- Documents are issued in editable format, in your own template where you provide one.
- Everything is issued as a draft for review and approval by your accountable person before use.
- Your document library and document control register are maintained in My Account.

- If a new product flags an update to something you already hold, that document is flagged for review in your library.
- Version control is maintained on every document created.
