Bowtie Diagram
A risk register tells you what could happen. A bowtie shows you where the gaps are. Upload any risk assessment - a register, a JSA, a workshop output, a management plan - and receive it drawn as a bowtie, where an uncontrolled pathway is obvious at a glance rather than buried in a spreadsheet row.
Price
$145 for your first risk assessment, then $75 each. All prices include GST.
Additional risk assessments cost less because the groundwork - your site context, roles, systems and jurisdiction - is already done.
What you get
For each risk assessment you select.
- Top event identified from your assessment
- Causal pathways drawn on the left, consequences on the right
- Preventing and mitigating controls placed on the pathways they actually sit on
- Pathways with no controls, or only administrative controls, visually highlighted
- Controls that appear on multiple pathways identified, since those carry disproportionate load
- Delivered as a PDF suitable for printing at A3 and taking into a workshop
How it’s delivered
- You confirm scope and pay. Work begins straight away.
- You receive an email with a secure link to view and download every document.
- Documents are issued in editable format, in your own template where you provide one.
- Everything is issued as a draft for review and approval by your accountable person before use.
- Your document library and document control register are maintained in My Account.
- Critical Risk Designer is also your document management system. It remembers everything you hold, so each new product can cross-reference your existing documents rather than starting from nothing.
- If a new product flags an update to something you already hold, that document is flagged for review in your library.
- Version control is maintained on every document created.
